PMA Marketing contacted Objective Services Limited to provide Data Entry for 17,000 Questionnaires.
PMA required all address details of the questionnaires to be checked against postcode checking software to verify the addresses are real.
Objective Services Limited used a PAF matching service, and tied it in with our own custom built Access Database.
With a deadline of 2 weeks for 7,000 Questionnaires to be entered into a Microsoft Access Database system, Objective Services met this deadline, with 4 days to spare.
Since the original 7,000 Questionnaires, PMA chose Objective Services Limited for a further 10,000 Questionnaires to be entered.
What Objective Services did:

Analysed the questionnaires, and created a like-to-like version in Microsoft Access.

Analysed 100 records and entered the data into the system.

Mapped any data patterns into buttons to speed up data input.

Checked any non PAF Matched records to see if we could match them. (around 300 didn't PAF Match, but after tweaking the addresses, it was down to around 100 records)

Combined data from multiple machines into one database and delivered the database to PMA.
